Alex is a gong master, sound therapist and multi instrumentalist musician with many years of experience. Alex offers group sound baths and gong immersions, 1 2 1 sound therapy sessions and mantra chanting evenings. 

Sarah is an experienced Integrative Counselling Therapist with 9 years in the field. She is a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), ensuring her practice meets high professional standards. Meni is a yoga educator with nearly 30 years of practice and 20 years of teaching experience. He offers teacher training, advanced courses, workshops, retreats, and yoga holidays. Meni holds a 200-hour teacher diploma (2006) and a 250-hour yoga therapist diploma (2015). He has further trained in tantric hatha yoga under the Sri Vidya tradition at The Practice Bali, completing both a 50-hour and 300-hour program. Additionally, Meni is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Oxygen Advantage instructor. Drawing from his knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, and physical movement, Meni creates a balanced, transformative practice that connects ancient teachings with modern yogis.​

Hayley specializes in Innerdance, nervous system regulation, menstruality, embodiment, and somatic healing. With over 20 years of experience, she guides others on journeys of self-discovery, emotional authenticity, and reconnecting with their innate wisdom.

She offers workshops, retreats, and immersive experiences focused on well-being, empowerment, and alignment with life's rhythms. Passionate about helping people reconnect, Hayley blends energy work, somatics, and cyclical wisdom to create spaces for emotional growth, self-trust, and joy.

She runs regular sessions at the Farm, including Innerdance, connection circles, moon circles, and occasional retreats.
